At Ibiza Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional styling tools. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your unused items in their original Ibiza Hair packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to the return address provided by our support team; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
